 Anchor Educational Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.anchoriep.com (the "Website"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) and the Maryland Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We follow data minimization principles consistent with MODPA.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our Website and communications, including:

  • Google Workspace (for email and communication services)
  • GoDaddy (for website hosting and functionality)

These providers process data only as necessary to provide services and are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate safeguards.

  • We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information with these service providers only as necessary for them to provide services, under contracts requiring confidentiality and compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Your Rights Under Maryland Law (MODPA)

Maryland residents have rights including access, correction, deletion, and to obtain a copy of their personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@anchoriep.com. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes (generally within 45 days) and will not discriminate for exercising rights.


10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any information about minors must be provided by a parent or guardian.


If we become aware that personal information has been collected improperly, we will delete it promptly.


11. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
